Absolutely love it!

The bike arrived in good condition in a "flat pack", type carton. Despite that it only took me around 45 minutes to assemble. The longest part of the whole thing was waiting for the battery to charge!! The instructions provided (on line) were clear and easy to follow. I was surprised (in a good way) by the build quality and finish of the bike. The controls are pretty straight forward and the bike is easy to ride (and performs really well). Time will tell, but at present I am very happy.

We love this bike. It's a good quality bike and super fast and torquey. The geometry is great and stays balanced as it flys though the air. Our only issue is that it only has two speed settings. Being able to limit it to 25ks/hr would be helpful. The jump from 8 to 35 is extreme!

I was very happy with the affordable price on this bike. All the others of comparable speed and battery life were 2 to 3x the cost! Works great!

Couldn't recommend this any higher, I've had it for just over a couple weeks and I stand by it being the best purchase I've made yet. For the price point and quality, you can't go wrong.
A couple things I will be critical about is the display screen, the battery bars aren't accurate. It'll get to 3 bars, turn it off then back on and it'll jump back to 4 or 5. I recommend just fully charging it and track how many kms you've done.
And the last thing would be that there's not enough information about the different modes, I had to do a fair bit of digging to find them to dial the bike in.
Other than that, if I had to buy it again I would in a heart beat.

Great bike for people who have mild disabilities. Allows me to get out amongst beach tracks and explore. Batteries cover incredible distance. Great buy and service from Merkx. Cheers

Lots of people stop and ask about this bike. All I can tell them is the truth. I can not find 1 thing bad to say about this bike. Its plenty fast, plenty of battery life. I have over 600 miles on it, I have had 1 rear flat . Rim removal wasnt very hard. I am a spry 56 years old so I dont ride it like a mountain bike but I bet you can

bikes arrived within 4 days ,easy assembly, riden the bike on the sand ,and the road ,performs well on both, single rear hub motor has got enough power, and the battery delivers around 50 to 60km pas 2 ,3 ,overall a top bike for the price, would definitely recommend
