Hi all my wife and I bought two bikes and we are loving them these bikes have it al and are great value for money and tick all the box’s the team at Merkx have been great and deliver what they promised
We love this bike. It's a good quality bike and super fast and torquey. The geometry is great and stays balanced as it flys though the air. Our only issue is that it only has two speed settings. Being able to limit it to 25ks/hr would be helpful. The jump from 8 to 35 is extreme!
Absolutely love my Q10 Moped Ebike! It's the perfect blend of style and functionality. The ride is smooth, the battery life is impressive, and it handles both city streets and light trails with ease. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and fun electric bike!
I was very happy with the affordable price on this bike. All the others of comparable speed and battery life were 2 to 3x the cost! Works great!
Couldn't recommend this any higher, I've had it for just over a couple weeks and I stand by it being the best purchase I've made yet. For the price point and quality, you can't go wrong.
A couple things I will be critical about is the display screen, the battery bars aren't accurate. It'll get to 3 bars, turn it off then back on and it'll jump back to 4 or 5. I recommend just fully charging it and track how many kms you've done.
And the last thing would be that there's not enough information about the different modes, I had to do a fair bit of digging to find them to dial the bike in.
Other than that, if I had to buy it again I would in a heart beat.
Great bike for people who have mild disabilities. Allows me to get out amongst beach tracks and explore. Batteries cover incredible distance. Great buy and service from Merkx. Cheers
Overall very good. With a few small changes it could be amazing. Needs progressive rate fork springs. They do bottom out too easily and on bumps that they definitely shouldn't. The majority of the bike feels like good quality and a few small parts feel out of place as in too cheaply made. The performance is fantastic and you can pull any hill with ease as needed. As for me I would pay a little bit more to get things like common brake pads and better forks. But overall it is a very solid package for the money and I doubt anyone would be unhappy with the performance that it gives.
I was really surprised at how quick it showed up, and after a couple hours of assembly, I'm having a blast with it!
