bikes arrived within 4 days ,easy assembly, riden the bike on the sand ,and the road ,performs well on both, single rear hub motor has got enough power, and the battery delivers around 50 to 60km pas 2 ,3 ,overall a top bike for the price, would definitely recommend
I haven’t ridden a bicycle for about 40 years. Wow what a surprise haven’t bicycles changed. It’s a completely different experience. The main reason I bought this bicycle was to try and get some mobility back in my knees,’ It’s a fantastic bike well made and put together and I highly recommend it
Great customer service. We broke a brake handle and had an error with the motor. Megan was super helpful. Cannot say enough good about her service. The bike it self is great value for money, fun to ride and the whole family loves it!
We bought it as a gift for a 55-year-old individual. The price was great, the design was good, and it was well-packed. Opening the box was easy, and assembling was okay. However, the manual was a bit confusing, with poor images, which could be challenging for an older person without help.
Unfortunately, the tool kit and screen were missing, and we had trouble removing the battery because of the confusing manual instructions. We weren’t comfortable giving the e-bike as a gift unfinished.
We reached out to support for assistance, and Megan was kind, professional, and eager to help us fix the problems. We tested the e-bike, and everything worked fine. We also love the beautiful look and design.
Now the e-bike is a gift, and the recipient loves it. We’re also considering buying another model, and Megan offered us a discount for second battery.

I love this bike that I use as a hybrid bike, and that's its domain. It's a very pleasant bike for a ride on the trails, reassuring on the road and in the city, reassuring by its braking and its (enormous) power. I changed some settings of the controller thanks to a tutorial on YouTube, so the autonomy in electric assistance should easily exceed 100km (I haven't tested it yet but I'm convinced of it.). In summary, I'm delighted with my purchase even if I had some doubts before.
